This menu was redesigned to create a cohesive and distinctive feel. I aimed for the illustration styles, textures, typefaces, and layout to work together to convey a unique voice for the restaurant. The goal was to ensure every element contributed to a unified and inviting aesthetic.

The illustrations, depicting items from the menu, were created using the “Nikko Rull” brush in Procreate. This brush allowed for a hand-drawn look that added a personal and artistic touch to the menu, enhancing its visual appeal and uniqueness.

For the text, I chose the “All Round Gothic” font. By utilizing different point sizes and styles, I reinforced the hierarchy and ensured that the menu was not only attractive but also easy to navigate. The font choice complements the illustrations and overall design, adding to the cohesive feel.

The color palette is colorful yet subtle, enhancing the overall aesthetic without overpowering it. I am very happy with how this piece turned out, as it successfully blends all elements into a harmonious and engaging design that reflects the restaurant’s personality.
