The process began with a simple task: take a shower and let the thoughts flow. After gathering our ideas, we sketched multiple designs of water droplets, experimenting with shape, layout, and typography. From these iterations, we selected the one we felt was the strongest both visually and conceptually.

The thought I chose to explore was:

“If a weed is pretty, why do we kill them?”

This is something I’ve often pondered—how society has normalized the removal of aesthetically pleasing weeds like dandelions, often at the insistence of HOAs or social expectations. While I understand the ecological argument that weeds can be invasive, I still find it fascinating that their beauty is so quickly dismissed.
