Digital Stained Glass Illustration
This digital illustration captures the majestic whale shark, an endangered species. I chose a stained glass style to add an elegant touch, and I’m really pleased with the result. The artwork was created using Adobe Illustrator.
Learning about the whale shark was a beautiful part of this process. These gentle giants are the largest fish in the ocean, growing up to 40 feet long, yet they primarily feed on plankton. Their unique patterns of spots and stripes are as distinctive as human fingerprints. Whale sharks can live up to 70 years and are found in warm waters around the world, often near coral reefs. Despite their immense size, they pose no threat to humans and are a marvel to behold in their natural habitat.
